Every group needs to decide who is going to make decisions and how – that’s governance! We see governance as the part that connects people and the shared action they are passionate about.
In this session, we will describe how sociocracy (aka Dynamic Governance) counters top-down hierarchy by decentralizing decision-making and letting more people have a voice. We will also explain the decision-making process that helps a group come to a consent decision.
