Tell us a bit about how your group was concieved
In 2022 a group of Dharma students in Bologna (Italy) perceived the need and usefulness of establishing a Dharma center dedicated to the Non-Sectarian Practice, Promotion and Dissemination of Buddhism, in order to contribute to the dissemination of the Buddha's Teachings, based on the Four Noble Truths, the Three Jewels and the practices of the Buddhist Doctrine in its various Schools, Traditions and Lineages, in particular with actions of support, encouragement and coordination of the initiatives of various Dharma centers to develop collaboration, interaction and synergy between the various Buddhist Schools, having as a reference for action, ethics and behavior, the Non-Sectarian movement "Rimé". The Rimé Movement was born in Tibet in the 19th century and inspired a great spiritual rebirth, returning and referring to the original sources of the Dharma Teaching with the aim of preserving, transmitting and teaching the multiformity of the Lineages, all having the same spiritual basis, preserving their variety, since different people have different mentalities and therefore need for different approaches and understanding.
